Found only where the wild bush hasn't been touched.

The mānuka tree is native to New Zealand, and the areas thick with its blossom sit deep in remote country — some reachable only by helicopter. That's where our beekeepers place every hive.

It's a short, unforgiving season. Bees have only weeks to gather the nectar behind this honey's rare, earthy complexity.
